Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay was quite disappointing, as the room and overall hotel felt very outdated and poorly maintained. The only bright spot was the pool area, which was enjoyable despite the issues. I wouldn't consider this a true resort experience, given the many problems I encountered, from the rude staff to the unclean rooms. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for better accommodations.
I stayed at this hotel while working nearby and found it suitable for families on a budget, but it definitely has its issues. The rooms could use some updates, especially the mattresses and pillows, plus the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable. I also noticed that if you don’t have a car, the shuttle service to town adds extra costs, which can be a hassle.
Our stay at the resort was quite enjoyable overall, especially for families. The 3 pools provided plenty of options, and the food was good, although the breakfast could use some more variety. We did have an issue with changing rooms midway through our stay, but the friendly staff made it a manageable situation. The noise levels from thin walls were a bit distracting at times, but it didn’t significantly impact our experience.
My stay was quite decent overall, with great service and a peaceful atmosphere that contributed to a good night's sleep. However, the location was a bit inconvenient if you don't have a car, and I experienced quite a few issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity. Also, it was frustrating that there were no porters to help with luggage, especially since the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing without clear signage.
