The hotel was clean and quite spacious. I found the bathrooms in the room to be very nice. The resort grounds were gorgeous and well kept. I spent some time at the three lovely pool areas. The staff allowed an early check-in after my overnight flight. I really appreciated that gesture. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly, as well.

There are three pools that offer a range of depths suitable for families. The resort also includes a bistro and bar located conveniently near the largest pool, which has a slide and a beach. These pools are well-kept.

The staff was helpful and attentive, and they promptly arranged taxis as needed. Housekeeping staff serviced the rooms daily. They smiled and greeted guests as they moved around the resort. I appreciated this extra touch.
